Objective assessment of market needs
We develop and implement practical research programmes as a fundamental element of business development and strategic marketing for private, public and third sector organisations. We understand the role and importance of market research its strengths and limitations.
We plan and undertake research to explore the issues producing both qualitative and quantitative analyses that provide a practical basis for developing creative strategies rather than research for research's sake.
We have considerable experience of using the variety of research techniques necessary to capture and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and have produced concise readable reports summarising the issues and conclusions for many clients including Value Wales (Procurement) the Department of the Economy and Transport - National Assembly for Wales and Waste and Resources Action Programme (WRAP) amongst others.
Primary and secondary research is the basis of all our work, either for data and statistical projects, or as part of evidence gathering for our analytical and strategic projects across a wide range of audiences covering the general public, private sector businesses, public and third sector organisations. Facilitation of workshops and focus groups comprising various types of participants - employees, stakeholders, customers, general public - are also a fundamental and regular element of our projects. |
