Effective management, lean structures and effective marketing are as critical to the local authority introducing change as they are to the charity expanding its retail operation as they are to the company selling its widgets or service. And good things learned and developed in one sector can often be successfully adapted and applied in another.
We know this because we have specifically developed a team which is not only multi-disciplinary but is multi-sector too. This enables us to, for instance, introduce third sector organisations to some of the most effective private sector business development practices, to share the good disciplines of the public sector - of which there are many - with the private sector and so on.
Our multi-disciplinary team is, in effect, an expert think tank in a wide range of subjects and markets gained working for organisations in the public, private and third sectors.

Public Sector Organisations
The public sector has some of the most difficult marketing and communication challenges of all. Understanding what the public, businesses and staff think and feel is more important than ever.
We help public sector organisations understand and communicate with all of their stakeholders. By using many of the commercial techniques of `marketing' and communication we can help public bodies understand needs and deliver results.
Third Sector Organisations - Charities and Social Enterprises
Risks are increasing as public funding reduces, competition for funds increases and tendering and commissioning evolve - blurring the boundaries between the voluntary and public sectors.
But customer service and efficiency are now expected to at least match any other sector.
