Our consultant team has been helping 3rd sector organisations – from social entrepreneur start ups to national charities since 1990 using our experience of boards in the private and third sectors in both large and small organisations. Several of us have and continue to support charities pro bono.

The 3rd sector is changing. Public funding and philanthropic giving are declining; competition for scarce funds is increasing. Tendering and commissioning are evolving and the private sector is becoming interested in many traditional third sector activities. Customers are increasingly unforgiving of any blemish in customer service and efficiency.
