Our third sector work is moving from relatively structured and specific ‘functional’ assignments to more holistic often strategic support.

Our consultant team has been helping 3rd sector organisations – from social entrepreneur start ups to national charities since 1990 using our experience of boards in the private and third sectors in both large and small organisations. Several of us have and continue to support charities pro bono.

Customers are increasingly unforgiving of any blemish in customer service and efficiency.
