The Peter Heath Consultancy has an experienced Retail division.  Our two senior consultants – Sy Grierson and Steve Doone – have spent many years in retail, and achieved Board level executive roles, and in addition we have consultants specialising in various parts of the retail sector to support them.  Some of our consultants have also established and run retail chains.

These sectors include fashion design and visual merchandising, store design, project management, retail property management, and IT.

We undertake work for clients in the private sector, in the public sector and in the third sector.

We can operate purely as consultants, researching, analysing and providing solutions.   We also provide clients with practical support.  We can do the latter as a contracted supplier but we can also provide support through the interim placement of one of our consultants in a specific role.

Through our experience, we have developed a structured audit methodology.  We call it the S-FACTOR.  Using the S-Factor in its entirety, we can analyse the key components of a retail business.  If a client prefers, we can use individual elements of the S-Factor, but still using the analytical methodology, to focus on a particular area of the business.

We can provide task or service specified resources across the retail spectrum, under an ongoing supply or for a contracted term or stated delivery objectives.
