Retail Consultancy - tackling Opportunities and Problems
In some ways, consultancy is hard to illustrate in a specific all-encompassing description. This is because we find most consultancy work we have completed is a unique combination of research, analysis, and solutions. Of course, we do engage in briefs that have opportunities or problems we have encountered before. But the client company’s culture, the mix of personnel involved, and the direction in which they are traveling, individualise the nature of each project. We do not approach any brief with expectations or prescribed solutions. Consultancies that do may miss or ignore underlying or associated factors.
We therefore approach our consultancy using the established PHC method:
• to thoroughly understand our client's needs and expectations
• we then deploy our insightful teams to investigate and explore options wherever possible working with client stakeholders to ensure buy in
• we evaluate the options and then recommend the best fit and, if required, drive through implementation
We listen and research before drawing conclusions. We will look outside the brief if we think other factors are at play. We deliver bespoke solutions.
